& How do I place an order ?

& What’s the minimum order quantity ? (MOQ)

A:for full set of first aid kit, the MOQ is 1000 sets. 

for surgical dressing / first aid products ,the MOQ is decided on products itself.

& May I get samples? How can I get them?

A:Yes. 

You can contact our member via email, phone or fax directy. 

1.for normal samples, if sample value is under $12.00 , you only need offer your

courier ( FedEx / UPS/ DHL /TNT ) account number ,we will send free samples

within 24 work hours .

2.for specifically samples, say need to add customer’logo ,we will request

sample fee ,but charges can be returned from 1th order.

& Can I customize packing of all products?(OEM)?

A:Yes.

1.If only make your logo printing on the out bag (box), the order quantity is

same as MOQ.

2.If customize your logo printing on the inner label and out bag(box), the

order quantity should be up to 20,000 sets.

& What is the payment terms?

A: Usually, 30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance paid

before shipping.
